Enrollment Permits
Interdistrict Permits--For students attending school outside of the Bonita Unified School District and would like to attend school at Gladstone, complete the Interdistrict Permit form from your home district and submit it to the Student Services Office at the Bonita District Office on the corner of Allen Ave. and San Dimas Ave. in San Dimas.
All permits can be downloaded from the Bonita USD website.

For the first time this year, Bonita USD is providing our families the opportunity to apply for free/reduced lunches online. If you to click over to https://mealapps.bonita.k12.ca.us, you will be able to apply online for the free or reduced meals (online applications are available in English or Spanish). Once you complete the application, go to the food services office the following day (located at 125 W. Allen Ave, just west of the district office). The Food Service application hours are 8:00 – 11:30am and 1:30 – 3:30pm. If you would rather fill out a paper application, you can go to the Food Services office to pick one up.
